Description
Principle of braking force measurement
The motor drives the automobile wheel to rotate through the reducer driving drum group (main and auxiliary rollers), the reducer is floating supported on the bearing coaxial with the main roller, and the measuring arm installed on the reducer housing is pressed on the measuring force sensor. When the vehicle is braking, the wheel braking force is transmitted to the force measuring sensor according to a certain proportion through the drum, the reducer and the measuring arm, and the sensor output electrical signal is calculated and processed by the electrical system to measure the braking force.
The third principle of roller action
The wheel speed is measured by the speed sensor of the third cylinder, and the slip rate between the wheel and the cylinder is calculated. When braking, when the slip rate reaches the specified value, the motor power off instruction is issued by the computer.
Each measurement signal is transformed by the sensor, amplified by the amplifier circuit, and then converted into A digital quantity by the multichannel switch to the analog-to-digital converter (A/D) and sent to the computer. The computer processes all the measurement data and controls the display.
The photoelectric switch senses whether the vehicle is in place and transmits the signal to the computer, which sends out the test signal and controls the operation of the equipment according to the work flow.
According to the operator’s keyboard input or test process, the computer controls the motor through the strong current control device.
